Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Wet
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon extract
Dry
- 3 cups gf flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon flake salt
1. Pre heatover to 350 degrees. 2. Cream thebutter, cane sugar, cream cheese mix and lemon extract and whisk together for30 seconds. 3. Add theeggs and beat for another 30 seconds. 4. Mix theflour, salt and baking powder together and add it to the wet mixture. 5. Whisk foranother 15-30 seconds. 6. Pour intomini loaf pans.7. Bake for40 minutes. 8. Cool for30 minutes before removing.
