Sauce
- 1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- Flake salt to taste
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- Mix well and set aside.
Meatballs
- 1 pd. ground Kobe beef
- ½ small onion, minced
- 6 dates, pitted and chopped superfine
- ½ cup pine nuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 medium eggs
- ½ cup panko crumbs
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp flake salt
Mix and roll into mini meatballs.Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees. Spread the sauce on a platter, woodboard or whatever vessel you like. Place the meatballs on the sauce and stabwith a bamboo toothpick.
