  • 6 ounces smoked salmon, small dice
  • ½ cup minced Persian cucumber
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 box Siljans Croustades, crispy shells (on Amazon)
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream, optional
