Heat the 2 tablespoons oil on high heat. When the oil is hot, add the shallots, caramelizing them, about 5 minutes stirring often. Add the potatoes and sauté until the potatoes are lightly browned. Add the fava beans and spinach, cooking for 2 minutes. Add the 2 tablespoons Piccata Butter, adding the angel hair, tossing until the butter is incorporated and the vegetables are evenly distributed. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and the chili flakes, if desired. To serve, place the pasta mix in the center of a bowl or plate and top with cooked bacon and more chili flakes, if desired.
